My belief is that people are born to be leaders. Of course you can train yourself to become a leader or a better leader, but as with any kind of athlete, you either have talent or you train hard. In order to become a successful athlete by training hard, you first need to have a core foundation of attributes to start with. The same goes for leaders. If you don’t have the right kind of attributes in your core being, no matter how many leadership courses you take, you will not become a leader. I am a leader by heart and would love to lead your team of SDRs or Sales Reps, based on the principles of transparancy, trust and celebration.
